After a number of months in discussion, we are ready to make public a strategic partnership with Australia's leading FileMaker Development company, Keysoft. Drawing on resources from both organisations, we are creating a new department at Keysoft that will be responsible for the marketing, implementation and support of Agency Pro within Australia and New Zealand.

Keysoft are well established as leaders in website and database development. They have a team of 12 staff based in North Sydney, allowing prompt telephone and email support for our clients. Keysoft is a leader in the FileMaker development community and has a wide range of experience in developing and supporting FileMaker solutions, including several large Optus projects.

We are also announcing the appointment of Kelly Suhr as Product Manager for Agency Pro and head of the new department at Keysoft. Kelly will be responsible for the marketing of Agency Pro and support of our existing client base. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from ANU, Canberra with a double major in marketing and management.

Our clients will benefit greatly from the increased capacity through this partnership with Keysoft both in the increase in staff trained to install and support the software, but also the breadth of technical experience that Keysoft has developed over 15 years.

At the same time our continuing staff will provide experience and continuity for Agency Pro users. Both Nick Duke (12 years with Designware) and John Muffett (5 years with Designware) will continue to support our Agency Pro clients within the Keysoft Agency Pro Department. Our existing support contracts will operate in exactly the same way except that in future all billing will come from Keysoft's offices. John Muffett will continue to be our lead software engineer.

As of this week we are diverting the Designware's office number in Australia to this new department. Kelly Suhr and John Muffett will be the primary contacts there. Designware will continue to develop the Agency Pro software both individually and jointly with Keysoft, but all support and marketing will be handled by Keysoft.

We are excited about this new step in providing creatives with the tools to get on with their task of being creative.
